Under10K is an online store offering bags and accessories at affordable prices, with products priced under Rs. 10,000.

We aim to keep our products within our advertised price range of under Rs. 10,000. Prices and product availability may change without prior notice, but changes will not alter an order that we have already accepted, except where correction or cancellation is necessary under applicable law.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as advertised on our website. Any delivery charges or additional costs, if applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation.

4. Orders and Confirmation

When you place an order, please provide accurate contact information and a complete delivery address.

Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
We may contact you to verify your order details.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, or suspected fraud or misuse is identified.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, subject to the terms displayed on our website.

Our estimated delivery times are:

Karachi: Same-day delivery, subject to service availability and confirmation.
Other cities in Pakistan: Approximately 2–3 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange-only policy within 3 working days of delivery, subject to eligibility and inspection.

Customers must contact us within this period to report an issue or request an exchange. Items generally need to be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

To request an exchange, email under10kshop1@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos where relevant.
